GLOBAL LEARNING PROGRAMS FOR A VARIETY OF NEEDS

Management Academy

Locations: Germany, Romania

Duration: 12 months

A year-long program aimed to develop the leading skills for middle management. The program involves a blended approach, with in-class and virtual sessions. Teams are also involved in development of small improvement projects during the Academy which connects them better to the business goals of the organization and facilitates learning from interactions at differet levels of the organization.

Topics are selected to cover situations participants encounter in the managerial role and include: Team Coaching, Sales focused presentations, Growth management, Performance management and Decision Making.

Pass for Leadership

Locations: Romania

Duration: 10 months

Industry: Retail

A program using the Project Based Learning Methodology - where teams of selected potential managers develop their skills in dynamic in-class sessions and experiencing team and individual coaching to unlock their full potential.

By the end of the program 50% of participants were given new managerial roles while 60% of the projects were implemented with the board of director's support.

Remote teamwork

Locations: Romania

Duration: 2 months

Remote work is not new for the IT environment but most of the programs focusing on collaboration and personal efficiency are based on the assumptions that people work under the same physical roof. We took the challange to change this approach and conduct a program with 80% of learning happening in virtual mode, facilitated by a team of trainers. Not only the content was more relavant but also the way we facilitated the group meetings were just as importnt ways for participants to experience "live" the skills they have learned. This is what we call "walk the talk" in a training class.
